Something broke

Text 352-530-7750 with a photo of the break, a photo of the whole piece, and where it is. That's usually enough to tell you whether it can be welded and whether it's a shop or on-site job.

Can you haul it? Shop work is $85/hr with no travel.
Can't move it? Our portable welding rig comes to you: $100/hr, 2-hour minimum, portal to portal.
Equipment down right now? Emergency and after-hours work is $250/hr. Text the photo and the address.

I need parts cut

Send a DXF or DWG if you have one. A PDF, a dimensioned sketch or a sample part works too. Tell us the material, thickness and quantity.

Tables: 4×8 and 5×10 CNC plasma.
Setup: $50 per new design to make the cut file, waived on repeat orders.
Need it formed or welded? Press brake, tube bending and welding are in the same shop.

Gate, railing or sign

Send photos of where it goes, the opening width, and a picture of a style you like. For gates, mention whether you want an opener now or later, so we build in the mounting.

Signs: send your logo or the lettering. Customer names and ranch brands are fine.
Finish: paint, powder coat or galvanizing is quoted per job.

I'm a contractor

Send the drawings and the scope. We price miscellaneous steel, brackets, base plates, ladders, utility fabrication and field welding from drawings, and set standing prices on repeat parts.

Experience: AWS D1.1 structural code work, including precast and parking structures.
Paperwork: certificate of insurance on request.

What will it cost?

Our rates are published: $85/hr shop, $100/hr mobile (2-hour minimum), $250/hr emergency, $150 shop minimum. Materials are quoted per job. Quotes are free and good for 15 days.

Do you come to my town?

Field work covers Lake County and nearby Central Florida. There's no mileage charge within 30 miles of the shop. Shop-built work can be delivered, and suitable parts ship within Florida.

Visiting the shop

The shop is at 625 E County Road 44, Eustis. Hours are Monday 8 AM to 3:30 PM and Tuesday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Lucas is often out on jobs, so please text before you come.
